1. How do I log in?
To Log in into the Bi-Tron
Members/Distributors Area you must have a Bi-Tron account. If
you do not have an account with Bi-Tron, Register now. Once you
have an account:
Point your browser to
www.bitronglobal.com/login.html Enter your Member Name in the
first field and your Password in the second. Click on the
Log in button. You will now be able to access your account
information through the Bi-Tron system.

2. I can't seem to log in to my
account. What's wrong?
Here are some of the
most common problems about logging in: 1) Incorrect
User name or Password - Please be sure that you are entering
the correct User name and Password.
2) Your Web browser
must have cookies enabled - Please be sure that your web
browser has cookies enabled. Click here to learn how to enable
cookies on your Web browser.

3. I forgot my User name or
Password. What do I do?
When you first
registered, you had the opportunity to enter one email address
in case you forgot your password. To retrieve your password,
click here on the forgot username/password link and enter the
email address. Your password and username will be sent to you
shortly.

4. How can I change my
name/address?
If you have entered a
wrong/incomplete name/address, or you want to update your old
ones, you can do that by logging into the Members Account Info
page. After you’ve made the necessary changes, you need to
press the ‘Change Profile’ button at the bottom of the page.

5. How can I change my User name or
Password?
You can change your Password, but
you cannot change your User name. You can change your password
by logging into the Members Account Info page and then
selecting the 'Change Password' option on the Account Info
page.

6. How can I view my Account
status?
Go to the Members Section of the
Bi-Tron Distributor Website at
http://www.Bitronglobal.com/login.html and
Login.

7. How do I update my Account
information?
You
can update your user information by going to the ‘Members
Info’ link. After you’ve made the necessary changes, you need
to press the "Change Profile" button at the bottom of the
page.
