Immediate Referral Sales Income
Earn retail profits by purchasing products at wholesale and
then selling them at retail. Or, simply refer customers to
your Bi-Tron website or our customer service department with
your distributor I.D. number. Your customers will be able to
purchase directly, enabling you to earn the retail mark-up
for the referral sale. (Full customer service transactional
capability is coming soon.)
Personal Rebates
Receive an additional rebate of 20% of the wholesale
purchase price of qualified product purchases.
THE BI-TRON COMPENSATION PLAN OVERVIEW
All Point Value (PV) of any
Management Center up to and including the activating volume
goes into the extremely dynamic and fast growing front part
of the Bi-Tron plan. We call this part of the plan a Binary, meaning by twos. This refers to the fact that each
Management Center in the Bi-Tron family tree can introduce
only two new Management Centers on it’s first level. Once
someone personally sponsors someone on the left and another
on the right of their Management Center who each generate
sufficient PV to activate their Management Center it
qualifies that Center to earn commissions and bonuses. If
someone introduced 3 people to Bi-Tron who registered as
distributors they can only place two of them on their first
level the third would be positioned underneath, or in the
business of, one of the individuals in either leg on the
first level. Any business that went through or was referred
by that third Management Center would not only be
commissionable to the introducing distributor but also to
the distributor in between in
whose business they were placed.

For every 600PV that is accumulated on one side of the
business 300PV must be accumulated on the other side to earn
a single payout cycle (two thirds on one side and one third
on the other). For every cycle that the binary goes through
in a week a cycle payout of up to $60 is earned up to a
maximum of $25,000 per week per Management Center.* The
maximum payout in any given week will be 50% of the
company’s total eligible commissionable revenues.
The volume can accumulate from infinite
depth in this plan. What this means is that there are no
restrictions in terms of levels. A new distributor could be
introduced by someone a thousand links away in the chain of
referrals. That volume would still accrue on one side of
your business or the other and would be paid out
accordingly. This encourages the placing of people deeper
down an organization and promotes team building and peer
support groups.
Producer Bonus Pool
Each month, for every Management Center
Activated throughout the Company US$30 is placed into the
Producer Bonus Pool. If an individual refers 3 new
distributors who each generate sufficient PV to Activate
their Management Centers in that calendar month that
individual earns a share in the Producer Bonus Pool. For
every additional Management Center activated in the same
month an additional share is earned.
Once a
Management Center is Activated in order to remain active,
and therefore accumulate and be paid commissions on referred
business, a minimum monthly production of 50PV autoship is
required (75PV if not on autoship). This would be the rough
equivalent of personal use or partially Bi-Tronising one new
vehicle each month. There is a higher level of production of
100PV autoship (150PV non-autoship) which would equate to
personal use for a two car family and or Bi-Tronising a new
vehicle. The higher level of production increases the
available bonus payout.
This production volume (or any volume of production after
activation) flows into the back part of the plan which is a
compressed version of the very stable and reliable unilevel
platform with additional executive generational bonuses.
What this means is that we are paying out up to 30% on the
first three levels. 5% commission is paid on volume
generated by all personally sponsored individuals (Level
One), 10%
commission on the volume generated by those that they
sponsor (Level 2), and 10% commission on the volume
generated by those that Level 2 distributors sponsor.
If in
building your business you referred the Bi-Tron products and
opportunity to two people who ultimately registered as
distributors, activated their Management Center and
generated enough volume to maintain their active status and
you helped them to do the same thing that you did by helping
two people achieve and maintain their active status, your
monthly maintenance requirement could be completely covered
by the commission you earned.
Associate: Once you have completed a team of
three (3) personally sponsored and active distributors with
1,000 TGBV (Total Group Business Volume) you are qualified as an Associate and qualify for
10% of any business that occurs on level 3.
Coordinator:
Once you
have three (3) personally sponsored and active distributors
and one (1) Associate along with 2,500 TGBV you are qualified as a Coordinator
and qualify for 5% of any business that occurs on level 4.
Matching Bonus:
Once you reach the level of Coordinator you qualify for a
10% matching bonus. We pay you an additional bonus of 10% of
the combined commissions and bonuses of everyone that you
personally referred who generated sufficient business to
receive commissions and bonuses. This is a huge feature!
Product Introduction Bonus:
Every
time any Independent Distributor in the company helps
someone that they have personally enrolled generate
sufficient sales volume in a month to activate their
management center (300BV) they receive a Product
Introduction Bonus. The Distributor does not have to be
active him/herself to receive the Product Introduction
Bonus. The Product Introduction Bonuses will be paid out as
follows:
1.
$30 = Personally enrolled activates his/her management
centre with a Combo
Pack or a 300BV initial purchase
2.
$90 = Personally enrolled upgrades to Founder with a 900BV
purchase
3.
$150= Personally enrolled activates his/her management
centre as a Founder
with 1200BV initial purchase
Product Introduction Bonus will be paid weekly and is under
the 50% binary cap.
Director:
Once you have one (1) Coordinator, one (1) Associate, and
two (2) Qualified Distributors you are qualified
as a Director and qualify for 5% of any business that occurs
on level 5. Upon achieving the level of Director, you will
be eligible for a “Leadership Depth” bonus of 5% which is
unblockable on your 5th Level. This bonus is paid on all
legs and is interrupted only by another downline Director on
any specific leg.
Unilevel Bonus Schedule:

Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Executive Ranks
Attaining
the rank of Bronze Executive qualifies you to earn a 5%
generational bonus based on the entire group volume of
distributors in your organization. Silver, Gold, Platinum
and Diamond Status qualifies for additional generational
bonuses through 4 more Generations of Executive Ranks.
